IMPORTANT!

If you got to this page using any other means than the main apply page (the one with all the categories listed), you risk your application not making it to the appropriate staffer. Don't rely on your memory or a bookmarked page — we sometimes change the email accounts or the names of the categories. You might see the form but it will send to the catch-all account and we can't tell which categories they are supposed to go to.

Sometimes you will not see the category in the apply form, if this happens, go back to the Categories Apply Page and click on the link again. If you don't see the category your application WILL NOT get to the correct staffer!!!

Relationships Requirements

• Please make sure you've read the rules carefully and checked the approved section before applying.
• If you're applying for more than one fanlisting, please use a separate form for each fanlisting you want.
• If the fanlisting you want fits into more than one category, please apply in both categories. Please check the rules for more information.
• You may submit only six applications at a time for all categories. If you have already sent in six applications in any of the categories on this network, you may not apply again until they are either approved or rejected. If you already have six fanlistings on upcoming, there is no point in applying because you cannot be approved for anything further.
• You MUST include the full Japanese title of the series you're applying for in the Subcategory field of the application. Failure to do so will result in your application being returned to you, and another applicant may be approved over you.
• PLEASE include the full name of all characters, with both the given name and family name (if the characters have both). If the name is Japanese please have it be FAMILY name GIVEN name (ie Tsukino Usagi). If the name is English please write it with the given name first, such as Faye Valentine.
• If there is an English dub name and a Japanese name for either a character or a series please include both as this speeds along the approval process and you'll hear back that much sooner.
• There are a maximum of three characters per relationship fanlisting. Fanlisting applications that list more than three characters will not be approved, nor will FLs for groups or families. Fanlistings created before this rule was put in action are the only exception to it.
• Relationship fanlistings must be for all aspects and interpretations of the relationship, regardless of their relationship in the anime or manga. The fanlisting itself must welcome and accept all fans of the relationship. Rules such as 'you must be a fan of the pairing X & Y' or 'you must be a fan of X & Y as a couple' will not be accepted.
• Please do not reapply if you haven't heard back from me. If you are unsure if I have your application for a fanlisting please feel free to submit a contact form or ask about it at our message board and I would be happy to let you know.
• Every application must be for a/one relationship.
• Character x Item relationships are no longer acceptable. Items are not capable of having feelings, or interacting with characters, liking or disliking them, and so no more Character x Item Relationships will be approved. This includes items, such as Clow Cards, that spend part of the time as characters.
• Crossover relationships are not acceptable, for example the 'relationship' between Tsukino Usagi of Bishoujo Senshi Sailor moon and Trunks of Dragonball Z. There is no relationship being as they've never interacted.
• Relationships of, Couples of, Rivalries of, etc. will no longer be approved.
• Relationships and Rivalries are not the same thing; as such you cannot have one fanlisting for both the relationship and rivalry between two or three characters. You may, however, have a fanlisting for a relationship and a fanlisting for a rivalry at the same website, but each fanlisting must have their own member lists, join forms, etc...
