This is a complete update for finished forms and applications up to September 21st, 2005. Apply forms received after Sept. 21st will be processed at around the 20th of October to allow more time for popular subjects, and you’re welcome to make an inquiry in the Rivalries forum if you submitted an application before Sept. 21st but haven’t received an e-mail from me. Please don’t resubmit applications sent after Sept. 22nd as I should have all of your forms. A short troubles update is also included at the end of this entry.
